IShould be getting my 2016 RSV-4 in Aug. Pretty sure it is restricted to around 300 KM or about 183 mph. The 16/41 gearing should take you about 200 mph @ redline with a race ECU and the restrictions removed. BTW - I believe you need to do some qualifying runs at lower speeds to be allowed to run at that speed.
