The oil filters comes with the "O" rings. You may remove the two small ones with thin screw driver. To remove the filter cap, Harbor Tools sells a set of 4 filter removing tools for $5-6. Walmart, Autozone, PepBoys also sells those. They come in metal and hard plastic. However, I find grip wise filter removing tool a better tool to remove the cap.
